  • I want people to feel stronger, faster and more fit than they have ever been. I want them to experience how being TRULY fit has a positive effect on all aspects of life and will make them feel younger and happier. I want them to work harder than they ever have before, have fun while they do it, embrace the challenges that CrossFit throws at them, never get bored with routine and stay free from injury so they can continue to do it for as long as they want to.

  • Hook people on their first workout (my first experience – 200 air squats for time – destroyed me and hooked me at the same time). I want to help athletes find their true potential, learn and perfect new skills, and care for their bodies. I am looking forward to teaching and learning!
